The first telescope is a toy, with the worst possible eyepieces, and the second scope is even cheaper. Decent telescopes capable of giving acceptable views of the moon, planets, and brighter galaxies and nebulae start at around $200, so either save your money for a real telescope or buy a pair of 7x50 binoculars. If you're just starting out, binoculars are an excellent choice. Since you're looking directly at the sky and seeing an erect image with a wide field of view, it's much easier to familiarize yourself with the sky than it would be with a telescope, and many observers use both.
